Do you have questions about your immigration status or that of your family members?

Would you like clarification about DACA or issues related to being undocumented?

Do you need help with your DACA renewal or other immigration applications?

Do you have questions about travel by you or your family members?

If so, please come see us at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic (HIRC) at Harvard Law School for free legal consultation and/or representation. Our goal is to meet with and provide legal and social service support and representation to all the undocumented/DACAmented members of the Harvard community and to assist those who are concerned about falling out of status with their legal and social service needs.

We have open office hours with Jason Corral, one of the immigration attorneys on staff, and we also offer social work support to all clients as part of their legal representation.
Liala Buoniconti, our clinical social worker, is available by appointment on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.  She can support you with a variety of concerns including family issues related to immigration stressors (such as identifying local resources for family members), stress management techniques, time management, health insurance problems, financial concerns, food and housing challenges, as well as feelings of fear or hopelessness about your future immigration status.

If you have any questions or concerns, or to schedule an appointment with Jason and Liala, please contact Nilce Maldonado at nmaldonado@law.harvard.edu. Students will be seen on a first-come, first-serve basis.
